Cote de Boeuf Fridays
Chef Nathan’s signature Cote du Boeuf (an intensely flavoured, perfectly marbled 40oz Bone-In Rib Eye for two to share) is sublime. A 45-day dry-aged slab of Kettle Ridge Prime beef is slow-cooked, served with all the trimmings, and finished with sauce Hollandaise or Bordelaise. Seasonal accompaniments change weekly.
