TASTING NOTES

Domaine La Barroche ‘Signature’ Chateauneuf du Pape 2006

64% Grenache, 17% Mourvedre, 11% Syrah and 8% Cinsault. All hand-harvested and vinified separately in aged oak casks for approximately 18 months. Bottled unfiltered. Spicey, subtle hints of black cherry and licorice. Drinkable upon release or cellar for 10 years. 91 points Wine Spectator, 90 points Robert Parker, 91-93 points Stephen Tanzer
Chateau St. Martin de la Garrigue Cuvée Blanc 2006

A blend of Marsanne, Grenache blanc, Roussanne, Picpoul and Terret. Brilliant gold in colour and visually. Floral nose of acacia flowers, ripe pear and honey. Fresh and full in the mouth, flavours of exotic fruits. Wonderfully balanced between full, roundness and fresh acidity.

Antech Crémant de Limoux Rosé Emotion

Made in exactly the same costly fashion as Champagne, the Emotion is 65% Chardonnay, 20% Chenin Blanc, 10% Mauzac and 5% Pinot Noir. An elegant bead, refreshingly spicy and dry with strawberry tones. A festive wine with great food versatility.
