Course 1:
Pale Ale – This northwest style pale ale is a confident beer with citrusy character. Balanced with layers of malty goodness.
Argentinian Red Prawn Ceviche – sea beans, cucumber, tempura

Course 2:
Pilsner – An homage to the original pilsners of the Czech Republic. This full bodied beer has a spicy, herbal finish with hints of lemon prosst!
Kimchi Pork Belly Hot Pot – quail egg, wakame, corn

Course 3:
Saison – A quirky compliment to its countryside roots. This beer has herbal hop characters blended with lively carbonation.
Smoked Fried Duck Confit – buttermilk mashed, charred leeks, duck jus

Course 4:
Oatmeal Stout – A generous portion of rolled oats and lots of black roasted barley give this beer a warm, roasted nose and a distinct dryness that succumbs to waves of lingering satisfaction.
Mocha Pot De Creme – vanilla whipped cream, powdered doughnuts
