T.G.I.M. Margarita Mondays are back at Earls. Bigger, Better and Fresher

It’s a short summer in Canada, just 12 weekends, so Earls is making the most of it by stretching them out and giving you a great reason to let your weekends linger. A special Monday night music play list, fun promotions on the patio and a new T.G.I.M. feature menu for just $5. From made-table-side “secret menu” guacamole to fresh squeezed lime margaritas, grilled tacos, Il Jimador tequila and ice cold Corona, all feature menu items are just $5 Mondays at Earls this summer. Summer Cocktails

At Earls this summer we have a whole new line up of fresh summer cocktails, made exclusively with only fresh ingredients (we squeeze over 5,000 fresh limes a day throughout our restaurants). A pineapple, ginger Margarita uses house made ginger syrup, muddled fresh pineapple and a sweet, spicy glass rim. Classic margaritas are served on the rocks or with crushed ice, even our slushy margaritas use fresh squeezed lime juice. A whiskey Smash incorporates all the fresh flavours of a mint julep and the Moscow Mule is served in a unique copper mug that we are raising to our coworkers in Calgary this week! Our Bombay Gimlet is as crisp as a cucumber shaken over ice and served straight up with mint and fresh line.  For sharing we think Earls makes just about the best Sangria in town, both red and white sangria available by the glass or pitcher.

Summer Dishes

Over in the kitchen our newest menu offers summer favourites like our made to order *guacamole; fish, chicken and prawn tacos and our famous Certified Angus Burgers as well as beautiful summer salads like the Santa Fe Chicken Salad made with avocado, black beans, corn, dates, feta and organic greens, peanut lime vinaigrette, crispy tortillas and Cajun spiced chicken, the oh-so-light Champagne Berry + Spinach Salad, with seasonal berries, avocado, goat cheese, red onions, toasted almonds, champagne vinaigrette, grilled chicken and the Dungeness Crab + Prawn Salad, butter lettuce, red radish, avocado, bacon and grape tomatoes, green goddess dressing, chilled Dungeness crab and white wine poached prawns.
