Incorporating mainly French and German cooking techniques with fresh, quality North American ingredients, diners will be welcomed with Silver Mantle Oysters Three Ways, Lobster Ravioli, Tournedos Rosini and Raspberry Wafers. 4) Bullet Speed Dating
Looking for love? Meet your match this Valentine’s Day on the chair lift! On Saturday, February 12 during Big White’s “Bullet Speed Dating” bachelor and bachelorettes will matched with a like minded ski and snowboarders before being sent off in a chair lift speed date.
 
5) Looking for love in all the right places
The Traffic Light Party at Happy Valley on Sunday, February 13 is the party to be. Gino Monopoli, a well-known Elvis impersonator will be entertaining. Guests are invited to don themselves in either red, yellow or green (Red = Romantically Involved; Yellow = “It’s complicated” and Green mean GO! Single and looking) for an evening of fun and frolic all to great Elvis tunes.
