Tales of the Cocktail® is taking its show on the road once again for Tales of the Cocktail® on Tour Vancouver. This February we’ll return to our home away from home for three days of seminars, tastings, special events and more, each featuring some of the biggest names in mixology from around the world. Join us February 12-14 as we dive deep into the cocktail culture of Vancouver and sample a taste of what’s in store at the 10th Anniversary Tales of the Cocktail® this summer in New Orleans.

If you have an idea that you feel needs to be part of next year’s event, please take the time to fill out the Submission Form. Each year we have far more ideas submitted then can possibly be used, so the more interesting the better! If you have an idea for a Seminar, Spirited Luncheon/Dinner, Tasting Room or Breakfast and Lunch. Please submit your idea through the online form.

Seminars & Professional Series Seminars

Submit ideas for your seminar that have new and original content. All seminars are 90 minutes and should be educational. We recommend you have no more than 3 panelists at your seminar and can serve up to 3 cocktails. There are 53 Seminar time slots available. Review the Presenter Guidelines HERE

Spirited Luncheons & Spirited Dinners

This is an opportunity for you to present any ideas for a themed Spirited Luncheon or Dinner.

Tasting Rooms

These are specifically designed to allow brands to present their products to attendees. If your Tasting Room idea is selected there is a Sponsorship Fee associated with it.

Media Suite Breakfasts & Lunches

All of our presenters and media guests are invited to our invitation-only, VIP Tasting Room, a rooftop lounge at the Hotel Monteleone where they can enjoy a few moments of relaxation and interaction with your brands to ready themselves for more lively events. There is a Sponsorship Fee associated per room; plus a Food & Beverage minimum. Limited time slots available

Cocktail Apprentice Breakfasts & Lunches

This is an opportunity to talk one on one with the some of the most influential and talented bartenders in the world. There is a Sponsorship Fee and there are only 8 time slots available.
