From the Prairies to the Pacific, entrées span the country with offerings of Canadian Prime Tenderloin and Jumbo Tiger Prawns. Sample the ‘Surf & Turf Platter’ to taste a variety of treats, including a Dry-Aged Canadian Prime Strip Loin, Lobster Risotto, Jumbo Tiger Prawns with a Buratta and Tomato Salad and Sautéed Green Beans.
