The 3nd Annual West Coast Christmas Show and Marketplace will once again launch the start of the holiday season at Tradex in Abbotsford on November 26-28, 2010.
Well over a hundred companies will be offering a wide array of gift style goods such as toys, candles, skin care products, cashmere scarves, jewelry and more. Handbags and clutches, designer accessories and games are only a sampling of the huge variety of hard to find products that visitors will discover at this year’s show.
In addition to gifts, visitors will find unique products for all home décor, cooking, and entertaining needs including: beautiful floral arrangements and gift baskets, high end cookware, Christmas ornaments, and delicious teas, hot chocolate and fudge.
The West Coast Christmas Show is Western Canada’s first Holiday Season Show that brings together under one roof Holiday decor, gifts, food, personal services, festive seminars, and celebrity stage presentations. Visitors to the West Coast Christmas Show will discover amongst the multitude of exhibits new ideas and products for holiday gift shopping, entertaining and home decorating ideas provided on the Home for the Holidays Stage by interior decorators and celebrity chefs.
This year’s Home for the Holidays Stage presents Chef Anthony Sedlak, Host of Food Network’s The Main. The Main is a stylish half-hour of mouth-watering, visually appetizing dishes. In each episode Anthony prepares a main course featuring one main ingredient. The food is rustic, the ingredients readily available and the recipes simple to follow – leaving the viewer inspired to recreate each main at home. Anthony will be on stage whipping up his simple and delicious dishes for the upcoming holiday season.
The Festival of Trees returns as charitable organizations and merchants from the Fraser Valley create extraordinary Christmas tree displays which will provide visitors a welcome grand entrance to the show.
Returning again to the West Coast Christmas Show this year is the extremely popular Dairy Farmer’s of Canada Cheese Seminar Stage. During these seminars visitors will learn how to pair wine with cheese for their next holiday gathering, while being able to sample a variety of delicious cheeses. Seminars run throughout the weekend.
