Time Out Market Vancouver Opens May 28 at Oakridge Park

Time Out Market Vancouver will officially open to the public on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 11 a.m. at Oakridge Park, bringing 20 kitchens, three bars, zero-proof drinks, local culture, and some of the city’s biggest culinary names under one roof.

The final additions to the opening lineup include Pasta e Basta by Ask for Luigi, PiDGiN, Blnd Tger, España, and Beaucoup Bakery Café, rounding out a roster that reads like a who’s who of Vancouver dining.

A Big Culinary Moment for Vancouver

Located at Oakridge Park, 650 W 41st Ave, Time Out Market Vancouver is designed as a curated food and cultural market, showcasing restaurants, chefs, bars, and local activations in one central space.

Opening hours will be:

  • Sunday to Thursday: 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Friday and Saturday: 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Beaucoup Bakery Café: Daily, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Pasta e Basta by Ask for Luigi

Ask for Luigi brings a new exclusive concept to the Market with Pasta e Basta, focused on the simple pleasure of well-made pasta. Expect dishes such as Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe, Rigatoni Bolognese, and classic Italian antipasti.

PiDGiN

Gastown’s PiDGiN joins the lineup with its modern Asian-French approach. Menu highlights include Foie Gras Rice Bowl, Lobster Dan Dan Noodles, and Mango Rice Pudding.

Blnd Tger

Chinatown dumpling bar Blnd Tger will bring its stylish, modern take on dumplings and dim sum to Oakridge. Look for Fujian Chicken and Chive Dumplings, Shrimp Toast, and Shanghai Cold Sesame Noodles.

España

West End favourite España adds Spanish flavour to the Market with pintxos, tapas, charcuterie boards, and paella, along with its signature warmth and Spanish-inspired hospitality.

Beaucoup Bakery Café and The Creamery by Beaucoup

Beaucoup Bakery Café will offer both its signature café experience and a new dessert concept exclusive to Time Out Market Vancouver: The Creamery by Beaucoup. Guests can expect classic and seasonal coffees, a Ham and Cheese Scroll, Golden Fried French Toast with Kouign-amann flavour, Butter Dip Soft Serve, and more.

Bars, Zero-Proof Drinks, and Time Out Express

The Market will feature three bars with a drinks program highlighting Vancouver microbreweries, Okanagan wines, and custom cocktails, including a Green Tea Fizz.

There will also be a strong zero-proof offering through Time Out Express, a guest-service hub and spirit-free bar serving botanical drinks, local kombuchas, snacks, gift cards, and takeout pickup. Zero-proof cocktails will include an Almond Sour, Garden Fizz, Raspberry Spritz, and Mojito.

More Than Just Food

Time Out Market Vancouver will also host year-round cultural programming, including live music, wine tastings, book signings, cooking demonstrations, watch parties, DJ sets, and family-friendly activities. Monthly programming will be announced after opening.
