Toast to the Coast is an event that brings sustainable seafood choices to the Vancouver Aquarium. A brief look around and the need to keep all of our interesting species alive is obvious. Spectacular wines were poured and attendees can view the exhibition and remind themselves of just why we need to keep our food choices in mind. All seafood inside were, of course,out of the chefs’ reach.
