Chef JC Poirier offers Stoney Paradise Tomatoes in Every Bite

During the month of August, Campagnolo Restaurant will celebrate tomato season with an ever changing three course prix fixe menu for $40.00 that showcases tomatoes in every bite until the season ends. Chef de Cuisine JC Poirier will create his menu using tomatoes exclusively from Stoney Paradise Farm and will include artisinal and heirloom tomato varieties such as sun-gold, green zebra and yellow taxicab. The menu will consist of antipasti, main course and dessert all celebrating Stoney Paradise Farm tomatoes. Guests can also indulge in tomato cocktails designed by Barman Giovanni Giardino throughout the month of August.
