Top Drop Vancouver is a unique, two-day consumer and trade event, bringing together international, terroir-focused wineries, craft breweries, cideries, gastronomy & more. Edible Canada will be hosting a dinner of our own designed to showcase the amazing featured wines. The focus for Top Drop is on terroir-influenced, handcrafted wines, and the people behind them. This event is about the importance in farming one’s own fruit and being constantly engaged with grape-growers to ensure sustainability and a high standard of viticultural practices.
This dinner will be hosted and prepared by Chef Sarah Stewart, for a lucky group of 30 guests in our private dining space. Come share the long table, and enjoy select wines from five amazing British Columbian vineyards. We are excited to announce the menu below, though it is subject to change.
