Two local White Spots opening their doors on Christmas Day to raise money for charity

on

The long-standing tradition of holiday giving and eating continues this year as the Richmond Centre and Kingsway Vancouver White Spot restaurants serve up delicious White Spot favourites on December 25th and donate all tips, time and net proceeds to those in need.

White Spot recognizes the importance of giving back to the community during the festive season and is once again rallying employees to volunteer their Christmas Day to generate vital funds for two worthy charity partners: Richmond General Hospital Foundation and Variety – The Children’s Charity. Last year, White Spot raised more than $13,000 and hopes to exceed that target in 2011. All staff and management will generously donate their time, tips and all net proceeds from the sale of food.

Guests can visit either location between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to enjoy a White Spot meal and contribute to an important cause over the holidays.
