Celebrate the harvest this year at BC’s best local food & drink festival
Feast of Fields is FarmFolk CityFolk’s annual local food celebration and signature fundraising event, held each year on a different farm in the Okanagan Valley, on Southern Vancouver Island, and in Metro Vancouver. The Feast is Canada’s largest and longest-running local food and beverage festival, and over the past 25 years, FarmFolk CityFolk has hosted 58 Feasts!
This year we are excited to be hosting Metro Vancouver’s 27th Annual Feast of Fields at UBC Farm in Vancouver.
Feast of Fields is a four-hour wandering gourmet harvest festival that highlights the connections between farmers and chefs, field and table, and farm folks and city folks. With a wine glass and napkin in hand, you’ll stroll across a field, traveling from tent to tent, listening to live music, and tasting gourmet creations from some of the Lower Mainland’s top chefs, bakers, food artisans, vintners, brewers, distillers and other beverage producers. Your ticket price covers all food and beverage.
NEW this year! “Welcome Back” pricing until July 15th and a special VIP package.
Elevate your experience Feast of Fields with our limited VIP package. Enjoy a private tasting with C|Prime Modern Italian chef Behshad Zolnasr and a private guided tour of UBC Farm. VIP guests will also get access to enter Feast 30 minutes early, receive an exclusive gift bag, and a $75 tax receipt. Gourmet bites for VIP guests will include Grilled Wagyu Striploin with caramelized onion puree, potato rosti and watercress; Dungeness Crab Tortellini with Lobster cream sauce; and Pomme Dauphine with creme fraiche and caviar.
As a fundraising event we also offer:
- Raffle tickets for a chance to win fabulous foodie dream vacations.
- A silent auction filled with wonderful prizes.
And of course, we take donations – for which we provide a charitable tax receipt.
All our food and beverage participants donate their products and time to Feast of Fields– for which we are very grateful. Funds raised at Feast of Fields support FarmFolk CityFolk’s work to cultivate local, sustainable food systems across British Columbia.
