A Pierced Heart
Price: $6
Description: A Pierced Heart, is a marriage of two classic summer drinks, the strawberry lemonade, and a white wine spritzer. The inspiration for this wine cocktail came from the thought of sitting on a sun drenched patio overlooking a home garden. We’ve tried to re-create that made-at-home satisfaction with homemade lemonade, garden strawberries and basil, all ingredients easily gown at home. The wine we have selected, the Domain Chaberton Reserve Bacchus, has flavours of apricots, nectarines and lemon. This off-dry white pairs well with the sweetness in the lemonade and strawberries, and we brought in the basil to bring this wine cocktail back down to earth and the pacific summer garden. Great for a cheeky sip on a sun soaked deck.
Ingredients: Domain Chaberton Reserve Bacchus, Local Strawberry Coulis Made In House, Local Sliced Strawberry, House Made Lemonade, Hand Rolled Basil Leaves grown in our herb garden, Soda, Rocks.
Created by: Wylie Spencer
Offaired: The cocktail will be offered all the time, especially on our sun drenched patio.

Boa Bite
Price: $8
Description: The Boa Bite is a dry, incredibly refreshing cocktail inspired by the Snakebite and Black AKA Diesel – a popular cocktail from the UK made of lager or stout, hard cider and blackcurrant syrup. Topped off with a garnish of house made caramel lacing, one sip from this cocktail will take you to the tropical climates where this exotic snake calls home.
