Vancouver Community College’s Culinary Arts Students Present Dinner At VCC’s Chef’s Table

What a delightful evening we had, full of delicious food at the Vancouver Community College. The VCC Culinary Arts Students, under the guidance or Chef Hamid Salimian, cook dinner three nights a week during the summer, up until July 17 at the VCC’s Chef’s Table. It’s exciting to meet the next generation of chefs as, once you sample this dinner, you’ll know these students are going places. It’s a must do this summer, for anyone who enjoys good food, and the wine pairings are a bonus.
