The pancake challenge features local chefs in and around Vancouver as they battle to craft the ultimate pancake.
Chefs were invited to get creative and dream up savoury and/or sweet pancake available on their menus throughout the promotion at brunch, lunch, dinner or all day. Each creation must have a minimum of 3 Local ingredients in the dish.
Participating restaurants will be featuring their specially created Pancake dishes in this challenge from October 18 – November 18.

Customers will then vote http://vancouverfoodster.com/pancake-challenge/ on their favourite Local Pancake Dishes whether savoury or sweet from November 15 – 21.
We will then publish the results of this challenge on Vancouver Foodster on November 22 and award the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners.
Voting: The public is invited to try these pancake creations at the participating restaurants keeping in mind this criteria – originality, creativity, uniqueness, traditional, non-traditional, price, value and most importantly taste.
