The artisanal preserves and ‘friends’ are the featured attraction at the weeklong Pop-up Preservatory – until November 24th. Vista D’oro chose the location as the ultimate venue with the perfect neighbours – Les Amis du Fromage and just down the road from Gourmet Warehouse!
The preserves will be available alone or in one of the five, about to be launched, ‘Trio’ packs; The Entertainer, The Bachelor, The Mixologist, The Sweet Tooth and The Epicurean. Each checkered ‘Trio’ pack comes with three (no kidding) preserves and inside each is a three-course ‘menu’ with recipes for each. A few collaborative items will also be available in the Pop-Up Preservatory, among them; Soirette’s Vin de Noix Macaroons – made with the farms flagship fortified walnut wine D’oro; Chocolate Arts’ exclusive Vista D’oro creations each incorporating either a wine or preserve from the farm; and Lavender Sugar for Lavender Eight Farm in South Langley.
If you can’t make it to the Pop-up Preservatory, you can still head to farm at Vista D’oro in South Langley at Campbell Valley Park and find those same ‘fancy jams’ and of course taste the wines and hang out with the resident wine dogs, Paris & Chablis.
