Dish ‘n Dazzle May 18
You know by now that the 2017 Dish ‘n Dazzle spectacular is returning to the Convention Centre on Thursday, May 18, 2017, this year featuring Wines of Chile. TICKETS
The 2017 event will feature new premium Chilean wines served alongside plates prepared by Vancouver’s celebrated chefs and restaurants. Infused with live music and a vibrant atmosphere, the signature cocktail competition returns to wow the crowd with Chilean-themed offerings, created just for the evening. Also included is the famous raffle and silent auction featuring one-of-a-kind goods and experiences. The BC Hospitality Foundation looks forward to welcoming you back for a spectacular night of food, wine, cocktails and music, presented by the BCHF and Wines of Chile.

Boost your health with Thai riceberry at any of nine “Thai Select” restaurants in Greater Vancouver this May 15 – 21.
Nutty in flavour and fragrant, this purple-pigmented rice is packed with antioxidants such as carotenoid, gamma oryzanol and Vitamin E. Its chewy texture is akin to that of brown rice.
The new brown rice variety is a creation of Thailand’s Kasetsart University Rice Science Center.
