The Sidecar is a classic cocktail thought to have been created near the end of World War 1 in either London or Paris. Slightly sweet and sour. Makes one serving and the glass is rimmed with fine sugar.
The Sidecar
2 oz. Cognac
1 oz. Cointreau
1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice .
Shake with ice and pour into a chilled glass
