Our ever intrepid Special Events team has just launched our latest food + wine event—an evening saluting the fine whiskies of Scotland. The Whisky Dinner will be held on Thursday, July 12, at 6 PM around the harvest table at the Legacy Liquor Store in the Olympic Village.

We’re thrilled to bring on new partner Kale & Nori Culinary Arts, who will be creating some fabulous whisky cocktails and pairing them with a decadent four-course menu. A boutique catering and events company, it specializes in healthy, ethical, and seasonal cuisine paired with avant-garde mixology. Kale & Nori Culinary Arts celebrates the collaboration of celebrated industry professionals, Chef Jonathan Chovancek and Mixologist/Sommelier Lauren Mote, who have a combined 30 years of professional experience.
