BC vs. France at Cibo

B.C’s Best vs. Iconic French Wines!
September 8th, 2009 5:00-10:30pm – Cibo Trattoria

Please join us for this exciting event and experience the best wines of British Columbia facing off against the Iconic wines of France!

Event participants include the following all-star line up:
·        Cibo Trattoria’s Executive Chef Neil Taylor.
·        Representing B.C. (wearing blue shorts) Jay Drysdale, BC Wine Guy.
·        Representing France (in red shorts) John Clerides – Owner of Marquis Wine Cellars.

·       Referee for the match will be Sebastien Le Goff, Director of Operations Cibo Trattoria and Uva Wine Bar.

Participation from guests is welcomed and those that correctly identify if the chosen wine is from B.C. or France will have the opportunity to win a trip for two to Spirit Ridge Resort in Osoyoos, BC!  Includes 6 courses and two wines paired with each course -$125.00 per person.
