Fave toast topper is salted butter and cheese.
I love toast because you can do so many things with it and also have it for every meal. I love a poached egg with some wilted spinach and some fresh avocado slices on a nice grainy bread with a slash of hot sauce. Oh I also add a tomato slice to give it a bit of acid and sweetness. Mmmmmmm
