In celebration of Australia Day (January 26th), revisit the varieties that put Australia on the map: Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Grenache and Chardonnay. This tasting will feature some of the great pioneering wineries and focus on wines made from older vines. We will also be pouring a selection of fortified wines to toast the early days of Australia’s wine industry that began with these sweet hedonistic elixirs.
