As the rainy weather approaches, now is a great time to join us in our classroom.

SEPTEMBER HIGHLIGHTS

PRAWN & SCALLOP CREATIONS – Tuesday, September 14th – 6:00-9:00pm

Fish expert and Executive Chef Karen Barnaby features a seafood menu of prawn & scallop creations. Learn how to select prawns & scallops and prepare them to perfection!

    Join Executive Chef Romy Prasad as he teaches you how to prepare an array of delicious tapas. These items are perfect for entertaining and will sure to be a hit at your next cocktail party or get- together. In this hands-on class you will learn to prepare:

  • · Wild Mushroom bruschetta
  • · Zucchini bocconcini stack – grilled and marinated with reduced balsamic vinegar
  • · Mini beef burgers – served on brioche with spicy aioli
  • · Arancini balls (risotto balls) – stuffed with pecorino cheese, drizzled with truffle oil
  • · Cod cakes with garlic mayonnaise, chives, red peppers

    Join Chef Gurpreet Virdee for a class on vegetarian Indian cooking. These flavourful dishes are easy to prepare, delicious and nutritious. Learn about traditional East Indian spices and how to combine a variety of typical ingredients to make delicious dishes for great results. Tonight you will be preparing:

  • · Pakoras – spiced vegetable fritters
  • · Mixed Vegetable Curry
  • · Palak Paneer – spinach cooked with Indian cheese
  • · Bhini Do Piazza – okra cooked with onions and spices
  • · Zeera pulao – Cumin flavoured rice

    Very poor customer service! I would not shop at this store. Rude staff, who are happy to take your money but don’t follow up with customer service. Unreturned phone calls and emails from the store and not willing to make any consessions in the event that you need to make a change to a cooking class. Not willing to transer the class to a later date or to consider refunding money.
