Join Executive Chef Romy Prasad for some tasty Tuscan fall fare. You will learn to make these impressive dishes with surprising ease and will be inspired to recreate them at home! Alongside Chef Romy, you will make:

· Carrot soup with saffron and sour cream

· Wild mushroom bruschetta with truffle oil

· Braised lamb shanks with papardelle pasta

· Cornish hen with seasonal vegetable ratatouille

Tonight Executive Chef Karen Barnaby has prepared a fabulous menu featuring Fish House favourites. If you have not been to the restaurant, this is your opportunity to learn Chef Karen’s seafood tips and tricks and enjoy several signature house dishes! This evening’s menu features:

· The Fish House’s famous clam chowder

· Prawn pad Thai

· Crab cakes with angel hair pasta

· Seared ahi tuna with Diane sauce

This evening Chef Thaung will teach you the basics of Chinese cuisine. Learn about shopping tips, wok techniques, and how to blend flavours using garlic, ginger, and sauces like soy, oyster and hoi sin. After this class you will be equipped to cook traditional and delicious Chinese dishes at home!
