NEW FALL MENU

CRU Restaurant is welcoming the change of the seasons with some exciting menu additions!
The award-winning Small Plates menu still has all your favourites, but new taste sensations include:

~Pan-seared Qualicum Bay Scallops, on salt cod brandade, with lemon-caper foam and pancetta chips  $14
~Caramelized Onion Tart, in phyllo crust, micro greens, nicoise olives, sour cream drizzle  $9
~Moroccan-spiced Lamb Chop, sauté of farro, zucchini, eggplant and kalamata olives, garlic yogurt  $16
~Riesling-poached Pear, toasted filberts, gorgonzola and baby greens  $10
~Organic Squash Carnaroli Risotto shaved parmesan, sage brown butter  $13
~Warm Ricotta Flan, with honey-roasted & pickled beets  $11

LUNCH MENU

As well as the ever-popular Salade Niçoise, the Lunch menu now includes dishes that provide comforting warmth in even the gloomiest weather:

Cavatelli Bolognese, sublime Mushroom Truffle Risotto, or Crispy Duck Confit  served with warm bacon vinaigrette and spätzle goat cheese hash.
