Chefs’ Table Society of BC introduces The Curry Cup – Eight of Vancouver’s top chefs to compete
On Tuesday, March 4th, eight of Vancouver’s top chefs will compete to win the inaugural Curry Cup held at the Heritage Hall in Vancouver. Join the Chefs’ Table Society of B.C., emcee Fred Lee and a distinguished panel of judges including Angus An (chef/owner of Longtail and Maenam), Jeff Hamada (Japanese Canadian artist/creator of Boooooom), Joie Alvaro Kent (food writer and restaurant award judge), Mijune Pak (founder of Follow Me Foodie and food columnist for the WE Vancouver) and Mike Bernardo (Director of Operations/Wine Director at Vij’s) in choosing the winner of the Curry Cup.

Tickets are $59 and include eight unique international curries highlighting diverse flavours from around the world served by the competing chefs, select B.C. wines from Mt. All proceeds from the Curry Cup will go to the Chefs’ Table Society of B.C. in order to support their various scholarships and charitable partners including Growing Chefs – Chefs For Children’s Urban Agriculture, who will be presented with a cheque at the event.
