Straight from the farmers fields in the Fraser Valley, and fresh off the boats at the Granville Island docks, MARKET by Jean-Georges is bringing the best of British Columbia to the table this summer. Inspired by the staples of West Coast cuisine, we’ve created a tasting menu that celebrates the best of this season’s fresh, local ingredients.

The Taste of BC menu series is available for June, July, and August at $68 per person. This five-course menu will feature new menu items each month

Starting in June, the Taste of BC menu features:

Spot Prawn with Agua Chile

Charred Corn Raviolis, Cherry Tomato Salad and Basil Fondue

Halibut, N ew Onion, Apple and Coconut Salad, Lemon Verbena Oil

Roasted Chicken with Haricot Verts, Chili-Onion Compote and Spiced Jus

Strawberry-Y uzu Tart, Lemongrass, Caramel Brulee
