Fairmont Pacific Rim introduces the transformation of its Lobby Lounge Terrace – Vancouver’s destination for nightly live music and handcrafted cocktails. The subtle yet glowing facelift of this already popular space sees the addition of a dazzling glass atrium and ultra-sleek RawBar. An upmarket crowd lingers over exquisite seafood, sushi, champagne and cocktails from noon until night.
Through the open glass atrium, guests enjoy the harbour views as chic crystal chandeliers sparkle overhead. The sound of the Fazioli piano-custom designed and crafted in Italy for the Lobby Lounge can be heard throughout the airy, modern space.
The pièce de résistance of the expansion is the RawBar, which features an extended sushi bar and seven interactive seats. Here, Chef Taka Omi and Chef William Lew prepare elegant chilled seafood towers, signature sushi and sashimi bowls. Allow the chefs to create ‘Omakase’-daily Chef’s choice-using sustainable, Ocean Wise-certified seafood and premium products from around the Pacific Rim, sourced fresh daily.
