Celebrate Local Food Purveyors with MRKT Haul

MRKT HAUL curates a monthly package of local Vancouver goods, all available for pick up at one location at 302 Industrial Avenue. Partners Corvette and Matt, owners of Shameless Buns Filipino Food Truck, created this platform for passionate entrepreneurs and curious Vancouver foodies to connect and discover new tastes each month. Every vendor is handpicked and selected by the team because they’ve tried their products and want more people to discover these amazing brands!  They work with local businesses that don’t have a traditional ‘retail’ presence, or their own storefront and are selling strictly through Facebook or Instagram. MRKT HAUL was created help you discover these gems!

Check out MRKT HAULS ‘curated hauls’ to discover multiple vendors out at a reduced rate – (10% off the total amount.)  Each ‘curated haul’ has a specific theme and includes 5 or 6 vendors from our November series.  This month there’s: ‘Holiday Party Starter Haul,’ ‘Foodie Collection Haul’ and ‘Naughty or Sweet Haul.’  You will find these 3 ‘curated hauls’ towards the bottom of their website.

What the Flour’s line up includes gluten free waffle/pancake mix, flour, muffin mixes and vegan chocolate chips. Thei gluten free mixes use healthier ingredients and create products that taste and perform amazing. They blend Millet flour and sorghum flour which are both nutrient rich grains that provide a great source of fiber, iron and protein. Their muffin mix and recipe is completely plant based and our waffle and pancake mix has a plant based option.
