Thank you for making this an incredible summer. We have enjoyed meeting new people at the Main St. Station Farmers Market, taking care of our guests prior to Cirque du Soleil and serving up refreshing cocktails to our neighbours all summer long. Don’t fret, summer isn’t quite over yet; we have some amazing events and menus to help you enjoy the bounty the remaining days of summer has to offer.

3 Course Stoney Paradise Tomato Menu

Chef JC is cooking up a prix fixe menu with each course showcasing artisanal and heirloom tomatoes for $39 until the season ends. This  prix fixe menu may fluctuate to reflect the changes the season brings, but will always feature the best tomatoes the province has to offer from Milan of Stoney Paradise Farms.

olive oil slow cooked albacore, shaved zucchini, salsa verde 

Heirloom Tomatoes 

seared ‘sloping hill’ pork leg, soft polenta, fried cipollini onions & herbs

JC’s Lasagna Thursday

Join us for JC’s Lasagna on Thursday nights. 

Enjoy JC’s locally famous lasagna, fresh baked bread and salad for $20 plus drink specials created by Barman Giovanni Giardino.

Introducing Paul Croteau Confections

Pastry Chef Paul Croteau, of Campagnolo and Refuel restaurants, has started his own confections company, specializing in french macarons. 

Currently, Paul Croteau Confections are available at Oakridge Mall (until Sunday September 12), the Main St. Station Farmers Market, 49th Parallel Cafe and at both Refuel and Campagnolo Restaurants. A retail space is under construction above Campagnolo, adjacent to the Cure, and is scheduled to be open by the end of September.

Main Street Station Farmer’s Market Ends September 29th

The Main St. Station Farmer’s Market continues 

every Wednesday until September 29th. Find our fresh made pastas and Paul Croteau’s Confections available

for retail at the Campagnolo table.Join us after the market, at Campagnolo Restaurant, for our Market Menu. Every Wednesday, Chef JC shops the market and returns inspired to create dishes using the freshest ingredients the market has to offer. Meanwhile, at the bar, Giovanni creates “Market Martinis” from local berries and fruit he discovers at the market, as well as syrups for fresh sodas, available throughout the week.
