Rosewood Hotel Georgia Opens ‘Reflections’ an outdoor bar & lounge

Perfect Urban Escape, in the heart of the City

Vancouver’s Rosewood Hotel Georgia is pleased to announce the opening of ‘Reflections,’ an elegant and stylishly relaxed outdoor bar & lounge; an urban oasis in the heart of the city. Situated on the hotel’s fourth floor atop the roof of its historic Spanish Ballroom, ‘Reflections’ has been designed to mirror the tranquility of the adjacent Sense, A Rosewood Spa ®, the vibrancy of its downtown city location and the hotel’s rich, colourful history. Surrounded by soothing infinity water features including a flowing waterfall, there’s also a central fire pit, over-sized teak couches and an outdoor island bar. With illuminating lanterns and upbeat music, the intimate space delivers a laid-back vibe in a sophisticated and modern setting.

Menus offer a lighter style of dining incorporating snacks, salads and items from the grill; fresh shucked oysters, charcuterie and cheeses, grilled lobster panini, beef sliders, grilled pizzas and lamb popsicles. A well-chosen wine list offers global selections with an emphasis on boutique BC wines, quality and value. Vintage and original cocktails are crafted with premium spirits, house-made bitters, fresh citrus and herbs. The bourbon based ‘Boulevardier’ (1927 Harry’s American Bar Paris) is a decadent mix, and the original ‘Scuze me Miss? (inspired by the London-style James Pimm’s classic cup) is created to compliment the botanical profile of its Beefeater 24 Gin base – a sublime summer sipper.

The venue offers an ideal setting for a light lunch al fresco, an after work gathering or delicious drinks with friends. A relaxed open-air setting wrapped in the hotel’s storied walls, Reflections is open daily from noon. For reservations please telephone 604.673.7043 and for menus and more information visit www.rosewoodhotels.com.
