Sebastien Le Goff leaves Cibo/Uva – Ed Perrow to replace

Buon Viaggio –Sebastien Le Goff to depart Vancouver for his new adventure in Singapore

Cibo Trattoria and Uva Wine Bar announce the departure of Sebastien Le Goff, Head of Operations.  Instrumental in the launch and success of both venues, Le Goff is moving on to a new opportunity in Singapore. Management, fellow staff and guests wish Le Goff every success in his new position.

Stepping into Le Goff’s shoes as the new guiding hand is Edward Perrow, an excellent new addition to the talented team at Cibo and Uva. Well respected and liked by guests, fellow staff and members of the restaurant industry, Perrow brings with him charm, cachet, dedication to service and excellent wine knowledge.

Most recently, Perrow worked at highly regarded restaurants L’Altro Buca and La Brasserie. Previously, Perrow was Managing Partner at the popular Bin 941 and Bin 942 Tapas Parlours, where he built a strong reputation as one of Vancouver’s leading restaurateurs.
