Featured presenters and wineries set to showcase their bounty this year include: Marchesi di Barolo, Henry of Pelham Family Estate Winery, Pier Luigi Tolaini, Camille Seghesio, Chateau Guiraud and Hennessey Cognac.  Food and wine lovers, novice and expert alike will not want to miss the chance to learn trade secrets from the experts at exclusive tastings with these trend setting and historical wineries. Throughout the weekend your taste buds will be inspired by the culinary creations of Executive Chef Martin Luthi. Dine on the finest that local purveyors have to offer, as you enjoy scrumptious breakfasts, tantalizing luncheons and a gourmet gala dinner.

Bring your senses to a new level at the  “Height Of Luxury” cooking demonstration and wine pairing led by Banffshire Club Executive Chef Cory Ledrew, The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise Executive Chef Felix Pfsiter and The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge Executive Chef Patrick Turcot. The theme this year is Exotic Foods Right From The Pantry. The culinary team will demonstrate easy ways to create gourmet cuisine with local and accessible ingredients. Mingle with the chefs at the food and wine stations as they work on their masterpieces. As always, on the menu will be local and sustainable ingredients, a Fairmont commitment to incorporate local ingredients, make healthy and organic choices while still allowing for rich and delicious cuisine.
