This month YEW presents the taste of Thailand with a menu inspired by Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok. The aromatic smells and tastes of Thailand’s cuisine has won over millions of international visitors.

Executive Chef Oliver Beckert enlists the flavourful seasonings of Thailand to create Larp Gai Chicken, Steamed Red Snapper with Tamarind Sauce and Pad Thai. To complement the flavours enjoy a cooling selection of Thai cocktails such as a Thai Sling or Mekhong Fizz.
