Trafalgar’s 3rd Annual Oceanwise Celebration

Ocean Wise is a Vancouver Aquarium conservation program created to inform consumers about the issues surrounding sustainable seafood. Restaurants that adhere to the Ocean Wise protocol are able to combine their buying power to influence fisheries, revealing an enormous demand for responsibly raised & harvested products. Even though it’s not mandatory, Trafalgars Bistro has committed to 100% compliancy, and has for the last 5 years. We respect our oceans and customers, and certainly want the best for both.
