Summer of Ice Cream Love
We’re all screaming for ice cream with the Summer of Ice Cream Love promotion at YEW. Pasty Chef Bruno Feldeisen has outdone himself with The Big Finish Neapolitan Ice Cream Sundae, a stack of tastiness for four which celebrates seasonal, local and organic BC ingredients.
Featuring lip smacking layers of strawberry, chocolate and vanilla ice cream, this dish pays tribute to the fresh season of locally grown strawberries in all of its’ juicy goodness. From Glasshouse Farms, these to-die-for organic berries top the tiers of ice cream upon which guests are welcome to drizzle as much chocolate syrup as their hearts desire. Also included in this scrumptious treat is an organic rhubarb compote which highlights local rhubarb and aromatic vanilla bean.
