Chef George is all about local food, having grown up around his grandparent’s Malaysian hobby farm and shopping at local markets in Malaysia. Which is why you can expect an exotic spin on local ingredients, yet a focus on his philosophy of “food people can understand, with clean, simply, unaltered flavours.”
