Bill is the Author of the Deerholme Mushroom Book, recently shortlisted for the top cookbook in Canada through the Taste Canada Awards. Bill is the author of this years best-selling “The Deerholme Foraging Book” and is a French trained chef and expert in the local foods of our region. The meal will feature Cowichan Valley products and a wide variety of wild Mushrooms.
