Spot Prawn Festival – Event Listing

Chefs’ Table Society of British Columbia Celebrates Iconic BC product at the annualSpot Prawn Festival

This delicious festival is the Chefs’ Table Society’s annual Fundraiser where you can sample some of the first of the season Spot Prawns, with funds going to the society allowing them to give scholarships to well-deserving folks (our friend and and fellow Dame, Karen Dar Woon just received one to study wine), and to cover their operating costs, allowing chefs to mentor others across the province.
